🎯 Requirements

Experience in advertising technology or related field.
3+ years in a DSP/programmatic work environment.
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing tech environment.
Strong written/verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese; professional English proficiency.
Strong understanding of Chinese digital advertising, mobile, and programmatic ecosystem.
