Support 4-6 large, global customers post-implementation with Veeva Clinical apps
Own relationships with customer application owners to understand objectives
Act as trusted advisor and liaise with Veeva stakeholders to address customer needs
Lead meetings to demonstrate value and identify opportunities
Provide strategic guidance to optimize consumption of Veeva product releases and roadmap
Facilitate customer-to-customer or customer-to-Veeva collaboration opportunities

🎯 Requirements

7+ years of experience in clinical operations within a life sciences company
SaaS/cloud experience in the management of clinical operations applications
Experience working with large global pharmaceutical companies
Customer-facing consulting experience
Managed relationships with executive stakeholders
Ability to travel up to 25%
