  • Support 4-6 large, global customers post-implementation with Veeva Clinical apps
  • Own relationships with customer application owners to understand objectives
  • Act as trusted advisor and liaise with Veeva stakeholders to address customer needs
  • Lead meetings to demonstrate value and identify opportunities
  • Provide strategic guidance to optimize consumption of Veeva product releases and roadmap
  • Facilitate customer-to-customer or customer-to-Veeva collaboration opportunities

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in clinical operations within a life sciences company
  • SaaS/cloud experience in the management of clinical operations applications
  • Experience working with large global pharmaceutical companies
  • Customer-facing consulting experience
  • Managed relationships with executive stakeholders
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
