  • Support 4-6 large, global customers post-implementation with Veeva Clinical apps
  • Own the relationship with customer app owners to understand objectives and challenges
  • Act as trusted advisor; liaise with Veeva stakeholders to address needs
  • Lead meetings to demonstrate success and identify value opportunities
  • Provide strategic guidance to optimize consumption of product releases and roadmap
  • Facilitate customer-to-customer or customer-to-Veeva connections for collaboration

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in clinical operations within a life sciences company
  • SaaS/cloud experience managing clinical operations applications
  • Experience working with large global pharmaceutical companies
  • Customer-facing consulting experience
  • Managed relationships with executive stakeholders
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
