Support 4-6 large, global customers post-implementation with Veeva Clinical apps
Own the relationship with customer app owners to understand objectives and challenges
Act as trusted advisor; liaise with Veeva stakeholders to address needs
Lead meetings to demonstrate success and identify value opportunities
Provide strategic guidance to optimize consumption of product releases and roadmap
Facilitate customer-to-customer or customer-to-Veeva connections for collaboration

🎯 Requirements

7+ years of experience in clinical operations within a life sciences company
SaaS/cloud experience managing clinical operations applications
Experience working with large global pharmaceutical companies
Customer-facing consulting experience
Managed relationships with executive stakeholders
Ability to travel up to 25%
