📋 Description

  • Own retention metrics: gross retention, CSAT, health, lock-in.
  • Coordinate with onboarding, TAM, and AM; be the partner's primary contact.
  • Drive adoption and value recognition by orchestrating cross-team efforts.

  • Share expertise and potentially lead internal projects.

🎯 Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering; MBA preferred.
  • 2+ years in customer-facing CS, AM, or strategic consulting; SaaS exp is a plus.
  • Strong written and spoken English & Spanish.
  • High sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Strategic thinking with strong project management.
  • Customer-oriented; able to build strong customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated, proactive; ideas to improve loyalty and adoption.
