Uncover clients' true business needs and organizational landscape
Deliver solutions meeting customer objectives and satisfaction goals
Partner with product to ensure client success and provide feedback

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required
3+ years of client service experience
Healthcare/homecare industry or SaaS/platform experience preferred
Experience with a partner ecosystem preferred
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
Strong relationship-management and problem-solving skills

🎁 Benefits

Base salary range $95,000 - $115,000
Benefits-eligible with health plans, PTO, company holidays, 401K match
