📋 Description

  • Act as strategic Enterprise CS lead for NHS/private health system accounts UK & Ireland
  • Shape deployment strategy and long-term value with executive stakeholders

  • Own a portfolio of 10-15 NHS trusts (250+ users each) from pilot to renewal

🎯 Requirements

  • NHS/health system experience preferred
  • Executive advisory presence
  • Cross-functional orchestration
  • Enterprise lifecycle ownership: 5+ years SaaS CS, 3+ years enterprise
  • Change management and multi-site rollout experience
  • Commercial acumen for expansions and renewals
