  • Native-level German and English (written & spoken).
  • Hands-on with CS, CRM, and AI platforms: Gainsight, Salesforce, Claude.
  • Data literacy: manage KPIs and translate metrics into adoption strategies.
  • Process engineering: build scalable in-life account processes.
  • Build cross-functional relationships across hotel orgs.
  • Hospitality expertise preferred: hospitality tech or hotel ops.
