  • 8+ years in customer success/related field (HR/Benefits/Healthcare) with large employers
  • Experience with customers with 3,000-10,000 employees
  • Passion for mental health and healthcare transformation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; quickly gain trust
  • Strong project management; cross-functional teamwork
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple customers; willing to travel 10%
