📋 Description

Own Strategic segment employer relationships (3k-10k lives); regular contact.
Partner with marketing to develop campaigns and workshops.
Produce and regularly communicate customer reports.
Collaborate with product, clinical, data science, and legal to resolve issues.
Contribute to product roadmap; advocate customer voice and champion offerings.
Ensure customers feel supported to renew Lyra yearly.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in customer success/related field (HR/Benefits/Healthcare) with large employers
Experience with customers with 3,000-10,000 employees
Passion for mental health and healthcare transformation
Excellent verbal and written communication; quickly gain trust
Strong project management; cross-functional teamwork
Ability to prioritize and balance multiple customers; willing to travel 10%
