Customer Success Manager - Mid Market

📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of clients, providing consultative advice to drive value and change.
• Lead renewal and expansion strategies, surfacing cross-sell opportunities (Billing & Payments).
• Drive Net Revenue Retention through deeper product adoption and expanded seat usage.
• Operate in a metrics-rich environment with dashboards to guide next actions.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support to relay customer insights.
• Stay current on the Product Roadmap and communicate upcoming features to customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3+ years in a B2B SaaS enablement/CS/Account Mgmt role with a track record of success.
• Physically based in the US/Canada; comfortable working autonomously in a remote role; ~5-10% travel
• Experience with accountancy software is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker able to own a target and coordinate cross-functional resources.
• Curious about accounting firms and able to translate Karbon capabilities into day-to-day value.
