📋 Description

  • Own UAE private sector customer success, adoption, and growth
  • Build relationships with CXOs, VPs, Directors, and digital leads
  • Develop tailored success plans per organization
  • Primary contact and executive sponsor for accounts
  • Define/track ROI, revenue growth, efficiency, and cost savings metrics
  • Guide end-to-end AI adoption lifecycle and production deployment

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in customer success, account management, or related
  • 3–5 years with UAE enterprises across finance, healthcare, logistics, tech
  • Proven record with complex, multi-stakeholder accounts
  • Experience leading AI/ML, cloud, or enterprise software in regulated envs
  • Executive engagement programs and QBRs experience
  • Deep understanding of UAE procurement/evaluation of tech
