  • Primary contact for UK Enterprise/Mid-Market customers; drive retention.
  • Own the customer lifecycle post-sale through renewal; ensure value.

  • 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Experience in Media Intelligence, media monitoring, or PR tech SaaS.
  • Full lifecycle management: onboarding, adoption, renewal, expansion.
  • Strong executive relationship skills and strategic advising.
  • Data-driven with usage/adoption metrics.
  • Experience negotiating contracts/renewals.
  • Familiarity with UK copyright, licensing, NLA/ECLIPS.
