Customer Success Project Manager

📋 Description

• Coordinate internal resources to deliver customer outcomes.
• Manage tech projects within time, cost, scope and quality.
• Draft project plans, WBS and charters on the fly.
• Oversee P2V migrations for enterprise customers.
• Define success criteria and ensure technical feasibility.
• Maintain dependencies, risks and status across projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ customer-facing experience.
• Proficient English, strong written and verbal skills.
• Solid organizational skills with multi-tasking ability.
• Strong MS Office and project planning tool knowledge.
• PMP/PRINCE II certification a plus; PM tools experience.
• Experience with multiple clients; willing to work US shifts.
