Customer Success & Support Representative

📋 Description

• Own post-sale customer relationships
• Answer inbound calls and emails, enter orders the same day
• Handle warranty and order issues, resolve quickly
• Outbound calls to onboard and win back accounts
• Maintain up-to-date customer data and logs

🎯 Requirements

• Night-shift, US-hours, 2+ years
• Outbound calling experience for retention/win-back
• US customer service experience, 2+ years
• Phone-tested English, 7:00am-4:00pm US Pacific
• Home office with reliable internet
• CRM experience (HubSpot ideal)
