• Provide customer support for branch banking applications, including reporting solutions, account

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a high school diploma/GED combined with equivalent professional
• At least three years of experience in the banking or financial services industry preferred.
• At least three years of experience providing direct client or customer support preferred.
• Experience with teller systems, scanning software, or banking technology solutions is a plus.
• Ability to learn and support banking platforms, enterprise applications, and related software tools.
• Understanding of technical concepts related to application installation and support.
