  • Full professional fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Genuine obsession with customer outcomes in ranching contexts.
  • Understanding of ranching or livestock industries; SA sector knowledge (Argentina/Uruguay/Brazil).
  • Proactive with ownership and a data-driven mindset.
  • Nice-to-have: Intercom, Salesforce, ag-tech experience; Portuguese.
