Customer Support Specialist - Forex

📋 Description

• Provide multilingual customer support via email, live chat and phone
• Assist clients with onboarding: account setup, KYC, docs
• Support MT4 and MT5 platform questions and troubleshooting
• Manage tickets and track issues to resolution
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams when needed
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years in FX/CFD or fintech customer support
• Fluent English plus another language; Arabic or Malay/Indonesian desirable
• Strong knowledge of MT4 and MT5
• Experience with KYC, onboarding and account maintenance
• Experience with CRM/ticketing systems; CRM integrations a plus
• Multilingual abilities advantageous
