Customer Support Specialist (US Mortgage)

📋 Description

• Provide live concierge-style support via phone, chat, and real-time channels
• Guide customers through Aven's products and processes with clarity
• Document customer interactions and outcomes in internal systems
• Identify recurring questions and share insights with product/ops teams
• Conduct outbound calls to new leads to introduce Aven
• Resolve or escalate complaints through appropriate channels

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in Sales, Customer Service, HELOC/Mortgage/real estate financing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn new products and processes quickly
• Self-motivated, multi-task under pressure in fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Accounting/Finance or equivalent
