  • Experience with CRM and support tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom, Jira, Gainsight.
  • Experience building automations, improving workflows, and solving operational inefficiencies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Practical and hands-on, with bias for action and continuous improvement.
