Customer Vehicle Service Agent

📋 Description

• You ensure every vehicle is spotless and rental-ready by cleaning, polishing, and basic maintenance
• You inspect incoming vehicles for damage and coordinate with the team for needed maintenance.
• You keep the lot organized and move vehicles to proper locations efficiently.
• You assist customers with a friendly welcome and handle questions about returns, charges, or
• You shuttle cars between locations, dealerships, and car washes to keep the fleet ready.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and 1 year vehicle service experience; auto/rental experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication to interact with customers and team.
• Attention to detail for damage checks and accurate documentation.
• 18+, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, work authorization in the US.
• Ability to work 40 hours/week outdoors in all weather; able to move in/out of vehicles.
• Uniform willingness; multilingual ability is a plus.
