Customer Vehicle Service Agent (Norfolk Airport)

📋 Description

• You ensure every vehicle is spotless and rental-ready by cleaning, polishing, and basic maintenance
• You inspect incoming vehicles for damage and coordinate with the team on maintenance needs
• You keep the lot organized and shuttle vehicles between locations for smooth operations
• You assist customers with returns, charges, and questions, providing clear information
• You shuttle cars between locations and car washes, ensuring readiness for next rental

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year vehicle service/related experience
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail for documenting findings and fuel levels
• 18+ with valid driver's license and clean driving record; US work authorization
• Ability to work 40 hours/week, outdoors in all weather; able to move in/out of vehicles
• Willing to wear a uniform; language skills a plus
