Customs Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Export documentation and compliance for EU export operations.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, transport companies, and authorities.
• Support month-end activities and improve customs processes through automation.
• Work with logistics, warehouse, technical, finance, and IT teams to resolve issues.
• Handle non-standard shipments, returns, and re-imports after repair.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in customs operations or comparable role.
• Strong knowledge of EU export procedures, rules of origin, and trade agreements.
• Hands-on experience with EUR.1 certificates, Supplier’s Declarations, and T2 procedures.
• Proven ability to determine HS codes and verify documentation with authorities.
• Experience with ERP systems or customs software and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines during month-end closing.
