Customs Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Support EU export operations with EU customs compliance and accurate export documentation.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, transport companies, and authorities; resolve issues and respond
• Improve customs processes through automation and ERP-related improvements.
• Work with logistics, warehouse, finance, IT, and technical teams on month-end activities.
• Ensure compliance with EU regulations, rules of origin, and preferential trade agreements.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in customs operations or export compliance roles.
• Strong knowledge of EU export procedures, rules of origin, and preferential trade agreements.
• Experience with EUR.1 certificates, Supplier’s Declarations, T2 procedures, HS codes, and export
• ERP systems experience and ability to collaborate with IT/operations for automation.
• Attention to detail, strong communication, and ability to manage complex cases independently.
