📋 Description

• Support EU export operations with focus on export documentation accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate with customs brokers, transporters, and authorities
• Improve customs processes through automation and cross-team collaboration
• Handle complex and non-standard shipments and respond to inquiries from authorities

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in customs operations or export compliance roles
• Strong knowledge of EU export procedures, rules of origin, and preferential trade agreements
• Hands-on with EUR.1 certificates, Supplier’s Declarations, T2 procedures, and related docs
• Experience determining HS codes and ensuring documentation accuracy
• Experience communicating with customs authorities and managing brokers
• ERP system and process automation familiarity; detail-oriented
