Customs Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Prepare, review, and maintain customs docs for imports/exports.
• Submit docs to customs brokers and manage end-to-end clearance.
• Ensure accuracy of docs prepared internally or by brokers.
• Verify declarations for HS/CN classification, value, Incoterms, origin.
• Act as main contact for customs brokers in Poland.
• Oversee cooperation with brokers: service quality, SLA, and invoicing.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with customs clearance in Poland.
• Hands-on experience preparing, reviewing, validating customs docs.
• Strong understanding of customs procedures, valuation, and HS/CN.
• Experience coordinating and controlling external brokers.
• Good knowledge of EU and Polish customs legislation.
• High accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail.
