📋 Description

• Review Mexican import/export scenarios for compliance
• Develop reference solutions for classification and compliance
• Document reasoning behind regulatory decisions
• Interpret Ley Aduanera, LIGIE, TIGIE, NOMs, RRNA, T-MEC
• Collaborate to ensure accurate reference materials
• Support AI systems for customs workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in customs brokerage, tariff classification, or trade compliance
• Experience with Mexican regulations; recent preferred
• Background as Agente Aduanal or related role
• Strong knowledge of Mexican legislation and procedures
• Fluent in Spanish; able to document regulatory reasoning
• Analytical with attention to detail
