CX Finance Director

📋 Description

• Own Finance for Global Technical Services and Service Logistics, Evergreen.
• Partner with CX, Finance and E-staff leaders on service delivery strategy and investments.
• Lead service-delivery financial strategy: workforce planning, logistics, spares, cost-to-serve.
• Build and run the financial review cadence with KPIs and leading indicators.
• Translate large datasets into insights, risks, and leadership recommendations.
• Own planning: month-end close, forecasting, and AOP with OpEx/CapEx/headcount.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant FP&A, GTM Finance, or business finance experience; services/logistics preferred.
• Influence senior leaders with clear thinking and high-quality analysis.
• Thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Strong financial modeling, scenario planning, and analytics.
• Experience with Anaplan, SAP or NetSuite, Tableau, Salesforce.
• Cross-functional leadership; align stakeholders without formal authority.
