📋 Description

  • Own operational processes for Partner Services, SOWs, invoicing, renewals, and system access
  • Analyze data and build automations/AI solutions to support CX, TAM, Solutions, and Support
  • Collaborate with CX Ops and cross-functional stakeholders to drive efficiency and consistency
  • Operate across partner services, finance, and GTM systems to maintain governance and audit readiness
  • Lead data-driven improvements in workflows and customer outcomes
  • Stay current with AI developments and translate learnings into solutions

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Operations, Analytics, or related role in SaaS/customer-facing/GTM
  • Proven ability to build/deploy AI-powered workflows delivering productivity and better decisions
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gong, ClickUp, Hex, Tableau, Google Apps Script or similar BI tools
  • Strong data management, reporting, and scenario analysis capabilities
  • Cross-functional collaboration across global regions; proactive problem-solving
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on, execution-focused approach
