CX Operations Manager, Tooling

📋 Description

• Administer Zendesk, Vitally, and related CX platforms.
• Own intake, prioritization, and delivery of tooling requests.
• Design triggers, automations, and data flows.
• Build integrations via APIs, webhooks, and low-code tools.
• Identify automation opportunities from data and feedback.
• Support AI-enabled CX workflows and routing.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on Zendesk administration in production.
• Experience in CX/CS operations and tech usage.
• Own tech initiatives from scoping to rollout.
• Experience with workflow automation and low-code tools (Zapier, native automations).
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, integrations, patterns.
• Experience with Vitally is a strong advantage.
