Cyber Defense Manager

📋 Description

• Lead cyber defense ops across SOC, detection engineering, IR, threat detection, remediation.
• Direct alert triage quality, escalation, incident command, and coordinated response.
• Establish incident response standards, runbooks, playbooks, procedures.
• Prioritize vulnerabilities by asset criticality, impact, risk.
• Manage dashboards, metrics, remediation tracking, visibility of security posture.
• Collaborate with IT, Platform, Product, GRC, Legal, stakeholders on incidents.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in information security or cybersecurity.
• 3+ years in security management with people leadership.
• Hands-on SOC operations, incident command, MTTD/MTTR improvement.
• Expertise in SIEM/EDR/cloud detection tuning.
• Knowledge of runbooks, alert triage, IR, FP reduction.
• Familiar with MITRE ATT&CK mapping, CVSS-based prioritization.
