Cyber Security Manager

📋 Description

• Hybrid or Remote role; travel to NEC offices ad-hoc.
• Part of InfoSec team delivering security and accreditation for NEC and customers.
• Develop and maintain security processes, procedures, and policies with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare security assurance documentation for customer accreditation and tenders.
• Coordinate security testing, remediation plans, and remediation of vulnerabilities.
• Contribute to procurement bids and security questionnaires with technical controls detail.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven IT security experience; strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and
• Understanding of risk management and ability to tailor responses to business outcomes.
• Experience writing comprehensive responses to security questionnaires or bids.
• Desirable: experience with security testing processes, independent accreditations, Cyber Essentials
• Excellent communication skills; able to explain security concepts to non-technical colleagues.
• Candidates must be security cleared (or able to gain) to NPPV L3+SC.
