Cybersecurity Engineer

📋 Description

• Hands-on cybersecurity role across web apps, APIs, cloud, and infrastructure.
• Penetration testing, threat modeling, and secure architecture reviews.
• Embed security in SDLC and CI/CD with automation and tooling.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Architecture, DevOps, and Operations.
• Lead security initiatives and promote secure coding practices.
• Work a European shift from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Cybersecurity, Info Security, Software Eng, or related field; or
• 5+ years in cybersecurity, application security, or related field.
• Proven manual and automated pentesting of web apps, APIs, cloud, and infra.
• Strong threat modeling and security architecture using STRIDE, PASTA, ATT&CK or equivalents.
• Knowledge of secure SDLC, OWASP Top 10, API Security Top 10.
• Programming/scripting: Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, PowerShell, or Go.
