Develop and maintain the organisation’s cybersecurity risk management strategy
Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments and analyses to identify threats
Identify and assess cybersecurity-related threats and vulnerabilities of ICT systems
Perform Business Impact Assessments and support risk-based decisions
Design, implement, monitor, and evaluate cybersecurity controls
Implement and maintain cybersecurity risk management frameworks and standards

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 9 years IT experience; 6+ in cybersecurity risk/ governance
Master's degree in ICT-relevant field
At least 4 certifications (CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, etc.)
Excellent English communication; level C1+ desirable
Advanced knowledge of risk management frameworks and controls
Experience with risk assessments, BIA, threat modelling, and DevOps security
