📋 Description

• Lead functional consulting activities for D365 CE implementations.
• Gather and document business requirements for CRM solutions.
• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design with business teams.
• Configure and implement Dynamics 365 CE solutions (Sales focus) per customer needs.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver end-to-end implementations.
• Create functional docs, process flows, user stories, and solution docs.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years IT experience with hands-on D365 CE experience.
• Strong expertise in D365 CE Sales module mandatory.
• Experience with at least two additional CE modules (e.g., CS, Field Service, Marketing, or Project
• Proven end-to-end D365 CE implementation delivery.
• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design skills.
• Experience configuring Dynamics 365 CE with limited custom development.
