da Vinci Clinical Sales Associate (m/w/d)

📋 Description

• Implement the clinical sales plan to drive utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System.
• Become a Surgery expert across core indications to support robotics programs in the region.
• Support regional Sales and Marketing events to create system awareness and procedure adoption.
• Develop a Surgery plan for each team to ensure they can use the system independently in time.
• Drive system utilization by working with surgical teams to review cases and ensure consistent usage.
• Expand user base by engaging hospital staff and thought leaders to develop a qualified lead funnel.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years in medical device support/training or healthcare sales.
• Proven experience in sales support or sales success.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% depending on accounts.
