• The CTA will train to be a da Vinci Surgery technical and sales expert across primary surgical
• Develop surgical robotics programs in the assigned territory.
• Support region by maximizing utilization of installed systems via demos and sales activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or relevant experience.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Ambition, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Team player with ability to travel up to 70%.
• Sales degree is a plus.
