The CTA will train to be a da Vinci Surgery technical and sales expert across surgical specialties
Responsibilities include demonstrations, in-services, and supporting regional sales/marketing
Provide guidance to surgical teams on using the da Vinci Surgical System.
Act as a Medical Device Consultant in Austria and Germany after training.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or relevant experience.
Fluent in English and German is required.
Ambition, work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
Team player with ability to travel up to 70%.
Sales degree is a plus.
