📋 Description

• Analyze on-chain activity and ecosystem dynamics to uncover strategic insights.
• Profile key participants and monitor cross-chain capital flows and market dynamics.
• Develop dashboards and analytical frameworks to support decisions across product and ecosystem.
• Collaborate with strategy, business development, product, and ecosystem teams.
• Translate data into concise memos, reports, and executive briefings.
• Support evaluations of growth initiatives and tokenomics through data-driven analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional data analytics experience, ideally in crypto/Web3/fintech.
• Advanced SQL skills; experience with Dune Analytics, Flipside, or similar platforms.
• Python knowledge (pandas, data wrangling, analysis, visualization/automation).
• Strong DeFi knowledge: AMMs, lending, liquidity, tokenomics, MEV.
• Ability to interpret smart contract interactions and blockchain datasets.
• Excellent written communication; able to produce concise memos and dashboards.
