Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Build dashboards tracking paid media performance (ROAS, CPL, CAC, LTV) across Meta/TikTok/YouTube
• Analyze creative performance; identify winning hooks and formats; share insights
• Track content performance across organic channels; surface reach and engagement patterns
• Monitor patient funnel metrics; lead volume and conversion rates; flag anomalies
• Pull, clean, and structure data from multiple sources into reports
• Build and automate weekly and monthly leadership reports

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in data/marketing/growth analyst role
• Strong with Google Sheets or Excel; formulas, pivots, data modeling
• Experience pulling data from Meta Ads Manager or similar paid platforms
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying databases
• Ability to build dashboards in Looker Studio, Tableau, or equivalent
• Based in the Philippines; full-time during PST hours; strong English
