📋 Description

  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days in Houston office, 2 days remote.
  • Analyze data to drive academic, financial, operational decisions.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models.
  • Support migration from Tableau to Power BI with data verification.
  • Collaborate with regional leaders to meet end-user needs.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, security, and scalable processes.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2-4 years analytics experience; public/mission-driven experience preferred.
  • Power BI expertise (reporting, data modeling, DAX, M).
  • Strong SQL; relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
  • Azure data ecosystem and ETL/ELT understanding.
  • Tableau experience preferred during migration.
