Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Analyze on-chain activity and ecosystem dynamics to uncover insights for strategy and business
• Profile key participants (whales, market makers, liquidity providers) and identify patterns
• Monitor cross-chain capital flows, user migration, and market dynamics across DeFi ecosystems.
• Conduct analyses on MEV, arbitrage, trading infrastructure, and emerging blockchain activity areas.
• Perform market research across AMMs, lending, stablecoins, staking, and payments.
• Develop analytical frameworks to benchmark protocols and initiatives vs. competitors and trends.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in data analytics, preferably in crypto, Web3, fintech, or
• Advanced SQL and hands-on experience with Dune Analytics, Flipside, or similar platforms.
• Python knowledge, including pandas, data wrangling, analysis, and basic visualization/automation.
• Strong understanding of DeFi concepts: AMMs, lending, liquidity provision, tokenomics, MEV.
• Ability to interpret smart contracts, transaction traces, wallet activity, and other blockchain
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to turn large datasets into business insights.
