• 1–2 years in data analysis or mining; SQL required; stored procedures a plus
• Strong attention to detail and operational mindset
• Ability to analyze problems, data, and processes; communicate findings clearly
• Experience with stakeholders across time zones; client-ready analytics delivery
• Problem-solving, multitasking, and meeting deadlines
