📋 Description

• Analyze on-chain activity and ecosystem dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
• Profile key ecosystem participants and identify behavioral patterns for business development.
• Monitor cross-chain capital flows, market dynamics, and DeFi activity.
• Develop analytical frameworks to benchmark protocols and initiatives.
• Build dashboards and dashboards for leadership reporting and ecosystem transparency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analyses into actionable recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, ideally crypto/Web3/fintech.
• Advanced SQL and hands-on experience with Dune Analytics, Flipside, or similar.
• Python with pandas for data wrangling, analysis, and basic visualization/automation.
• Strong understanding of DeFi concepts: AMMs, lending, liquidity, tokenomics, MEV.
• Ability to interpret smart contract interactions and blockchain datasets.
• Strong analytical thinking and clear written communication for memos and dashboards.
