Data Analyst

📋 Description

• The Data Analyst partners with multiple business functions to own analytics projects from discovery
• Collaborates with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Product, People, and Operations to define metrics and
• Owns analytics lifecycle: questions, datasets, analysis, insights, and actionable decisions.
• Builds trusted analytics assets: models, dashboards, reports, and reusable datasets.
• Leverages AI-powered tools to improve productivity and validate outputs.
• Contributes to data platform improvements and resolves data inconsistencies.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in analytics-focused roles (Data Analyst, BI Analyst, etc.).
• Proven analytics partner experience with business teams (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Product, Ops).
• Strong SQL and experience with data warehouses to answer complex questions.
• Experience building dashboards/reports used by non-technical stakeholders.
• Git and version-controlled environments (branches, PRs, code reviews).
• Ability to investigate data discrepancies and communicate findings clearly.
