📋 Description

• Senior analytics role analyzing on-chain activity and ecosystem dynamics.
• Turn complex datasets into actionable recommendations for strategy and product teams.
• Build dashboards and analytical frameworks across DeFi, AI infrastructure, and payments.
• Collaborate with strategy, BD, product, and ecosystem teams to inform decisions.
• Monitor competitive ecosystems, growth initiatives, and tokenomics programs.
• Develop KPIs and reports for leadership transparency.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in data analytics, ideally crypto/web3/fintech.
• Advanced SQL; experience with Dune Analytics, Flipside, or similar.
• Python with pandas for data wrangling and basic visualization.
• Strong DeFi knowledge: AMMs, lending, liquidity, MEV.
• Ability to interpret on-chain data, smart contracts, and wallet activity.
• Excellent written communication; capable of memos, dashboards, and briefings.
