Data Analyst, Go-To-Market Sales Insights

📋 Description

• Build tools and analytics for sales growth across Lyft's B2B portfolio
• Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and leadership
• Develop production data pipelines and automate recurring workflows
• Define core metrics and ensure consistent dashboards and reports
• Contribute to internal tools and semantic layer for natural language queries
• Translate insights into narratives for senior leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Degree (or related work experience) in analytics, statistics, economics, CS, or quantitative field
• 3+ years in data analytics or BI, ideally supporting sales/go-to-market
• Proficiency in SQL with large datasets; own query correctness
• Experience building production data assets (pipelines, data models, orchestrated tables)
• Proficiency with a data viz tool (Tableau, Hex, Mode, etc.)
• Strong communication and ability to influence business decisions
