• Own dashboards, metrics, and north-star frameworks.
• Build scalable data models for full-funnel analytics and ML.
• Lead cross-functional data pipelines with Airflow, Python, ETL.
• Design and run A/B tests; apply causal inference for growth.
• Deliver actionable insights through clear storytelling.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in data analytics/analytics engineering (fintech/crypto).
• Production data pipelines; dbt and Airflow.
• SQL mastery (complex joins/CTEs) and Python for pipelines.
• Experience designing/running A/B tests; causal inference.
• Led cross-functional data initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Strong communicator; degree; based in Canada/US/UK/EU; English.
