• Proficiency with SQL, Python, and R for querying, analyzing, and visualising data.
• Experience in data analysis role; or a degree in statistics or related field.
• Curiosity about farming; understand farming practices.
• Ability to learn quickly; comfortable with ambiguity.
• Collaborative; great teammate; adapt communication to audience.
