Data Analyst, Operations

📋 Description

• Own data flow between ops systems, data warehouse and business users.
• Ensure data is well structured, synced and trustworthy across tools.
• Present live data in Notion for client teams to inform workflows.
• Manage integrations moving data into the warehouse and back out.
• Collaborate with finance and operations to translate tech decisions for non-tech Stakeholders.
• Support data quality and governance at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience with data structures, governance, dedupe and validation.
• Ability to turn a non-technical brief into a full plan and build it.
• Comfort with fast rollouts and long-term architecture trade-offs.
• Experience building sync logic and ETL/ELT pipelines that scale.
• Experience integrating data into BigQuery/Snowflake via APIs; reverse ETL.
• Strong Python and SQL for automation and data movement.
