• Operate as a full-stack data analyst within the Pro team.
• Design dashboards, north star metrics, and analytical frameworks.
• Build and maintain scalable data infrastructure and pipelines.
• Lead Product experimentation with A/B tests and causal inference.
• Influence data team direction and raise quality standards.
• Embed AI tooling, including LLM-augmented pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in data analytics or analytics engineering.
• Hands-on production data pipelines with dbt and Airflow.
• SQL mastery (joins/CTEs) and Python for pipelines.
• Experience with A/B tests and causal inference.
• Led cross-functional data initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Based in Canada, the US, the UK or the EU; fluent in English.
