• Manage Ashby’s Data Analysts (3 people) and partner with Data Engineer.
• Shape analytics practices and data products across the company.
• Balance hands-on analysis with team leadership in a growth environment.
• Help guide data practices, prioritization, and collaboration across teams.
• Drive data-driven decisions while maintaining high-quality data and analyses.
• Lead through AI implications and evolving data landscape.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong SQL experience with dbt-style modeling, cloud data warehouses, and BI tools.
• Experience leading or managing data practitioners in high-growth companies.
• Ability to turn ambiguous questions into useful work and communicate clearly.
• Product-minded instincts to find core needs behind requests and deliver with impact.
• Comfort working across the analytics stack from modeling to dashboards.
• Experience in a growth-stage, product-oriented tech environment.
